[Gvsig_english] raster georeferencing tool

Hi developers, Hi all
I have already submitted this topic to the mail list, so would You apologise
me for the repetitiveness.
The question is: do You plan to create a most poweful tool for
georeferencing raster, with additional kinds of transformation (second and
third order polinomial, projective, rubber sheeting) and the creation of new
georeferenced raster by resampling, like (just for a change) the tool
present in ArcGIS? I had a quick look in Sextante tools for GVSIG, but I
have not found it.
