[Gvsig_english] Gvsig and GDAL

Hello, I have to correct Miguel (sorry). Here in Iver we are developing 
also the wrapper for OGR Driver. It will let gvSIG to open all OGR-GDAL 
formats. It is an extension that will be available in the future. The 
driver already works, but it will not substitute our native 
implementation of drivers for vector data because the performance of 
this OGR Driver with SWIG is a lot lower. Up to 4 times slower than the 
native drivers. And they have the handicap of being memory-dependent -at 
least in its first version- rather than being memory-consumption 
independent like current drivers.

But at least, the MapInfo files are already opened in our lab.
