[Gvsig_english] strange display error

Dear list,
a very strange phenomenon appeared when my colleagues were working with an existing project. When opening it again, the content of the map got strangly distorted, although the projection information is correct. See attached screenshot and logfile. Is it a known issue? A bug?
The displayed map is the City of Munich
