[Gvsig_english] EPSG projections not found

Hi again Wendy,
after investigating a bit more this issue I have other responses to your 
problem:
both 6272 and 6167 are EPSG Datum Codes, not coordinate reference system 
(CRS) codes. That`s why you can`t find them in the gvSIG CRS manager. I 
looked for in the EPSG data base, and found 39 CRS that matches with the 
Datum Code 6167. I paste them to you below,

As you can imagine I did not try them all in gvSIG, but the first two of 
them are in.
