[Gvsig_english] Version 1.1.3 release date

Hi Chris,


we are concentrating our efforts towards publishing the 2.0 version of 
gvSIG, so there won't be a 1.1.3 version at the moment. In the possible 
1.1.3 we only were going to add some new feature of the 2.0 version but 
the testing of this version made that there was less resources for the 
2.0 version and it was delayed.
