[Gvsig_english] Custom Projections

Although the issue of custom projections has been discussed in this list
before and we think gvSIG is a great tool, however it needs to supports
local projections in the Pacific region, before it can be recommended
for general use.  
As a temporary work around, is it possible to get the complete list of
EPSG defined projections included in gvSIG?
We need EPSG:3460 for our current work.
