[Gvsig_english] diverging location of shps and georeferenced images after project saving

Hi Chris,
I have had a near similar issue that was caused by my view projection (it
had come up as Mid Europe, when I am in the Southern Hemisphere) and my
layer projections being different. I solved the issue by starting a new
project and making sure the view was in my correct projection and as I added
each layer again I verified that they were also the same.

Regards,

Wendy
