Hi Gaia,

As everything in computers... more sugar more sweeter ;)

The minimum requirements are the usual for smartphone/PDA apps: Windows Mobile 5 or 6, 320x240 screen, 64MB of RAM...

Here at Prodevelop, we are very happy with the performance of an HP iPAQ hx 2400 (it has one year aprox.) but I'm sure now there are better hardware.

About the GPS, I should recommend an external Bluetooth receiver as they are quite better and cheaper (and have a good battery life) rather than an internal GPS, but it depends how are you going to use your PDA.
