[Gvsig_english] problems running gvsig_mobile

Hi Juan,

now gvsig_mobile is running "like a formula one racing car".

maybe two reasons, why gvsig didn't work
- bad copy of j9
- j9 was installed in root and in flash disk

now I'm testing.
