[Gvsig_english] Raster pilot extension is now also available in gvSIG 1.1.x

A new release of the raster pilot have been released. It's available 
from the Extensions section of the web page 
(http://www.gvsig.gva.es/index.php?id=1570&L=2).

Problem fixed in this version: Error while checking the prerequisites. 
The application launcher has found JRE 1.4 instead of JRE 1.5.

Warning: to install the extension you must have gvSIG 1.1.x correctly 
installed.
