Hello everybody,
I would like to know if is it possible to load a text
file with over one hundred gps point in gvSIG?
At present, I load my gps point in Qgis (I import the
text file). Then, I export the layer as shapefile and
I import it in gvSIG.
I read I could try with sextante (together with
gpsbabel). Unfortunately, at work, I can't use this
extension. I can only use gvSIG 1.1 portable because
our administrator is very strict about the
installation of softwares.
I think it would really great to have such a feature
in gvSIG in the upcoming 2.0 version, such has Qgis.
Qgis is portable and this is very handy when you
haven't got any privilege to instal software in a
public organitation. On top of that, you can't harm
your computer.
I think it would really nice to have a version of
gvSIG 2 portable as well (such gvSIG 1.1 portable).
Thanks a lot in advance.
