[Gvsig_english] help - gvSIG in Archaeology - grid import / tutorial for sexante

Hi,

I would like to import grid files from MapInfo (Vertical Mapper) in  
gvSIG. Should I select (ASCII point export (txt); DXF point file,  
ASCII grid export (txt); USGS DEM)? I missed informations on this  
topic in the User guide.

I am planning to use sextante for the calculation of least cost path.  
Has anybody a guide/tutorial for these steps in sextante?
