[Gvsig_english] create .prj file when exporting to shape

IMHO, gvSIG should create a .prj file when exporting a layer to a shape file.

Linked to that: do I understand correctly that if the original file of the
layer is in a different projection than the view, exporting to shape
exports the layer in the view's projection, not in the original projection
?
