[Gvsig_english] georeferencing without a base map

Hello,

Is it possible to georeference without a base map, i.e. by just entering
the geographic coordinates by hand (for example based on the graticule on
a scanned topographic map) ? When I try this, the numbers disappear
immediately after typing them in the X' and Y' fields of the
georeferencing window. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just not
possible currently ?
