RES: [Gvsig_english] gvSIG mobile data

Hi Juan,

First of all, thanks for your help.

The problem only happens when I use "Export to mobile" extension.

I did a new test with the same file (shapefile) but, from the other source and everything happens well, the extension open the window to configure the exportation.

If you want, I can send you the shapefile that I've tried to export, but I believe that this data is corrupted or have some problems.

>From your log file, I can only see that the attributes of your layer (I suppose it is a SHP file with a DBF file) are not being parsed properly. There is an attribute of type 8 (double) and gvSIG believes that the content of that attribute is '7.315027 s_Perigosa' which seems to be a combination of two attributes, and this causes am error.

Do you have any problem when you open the attribute table of those layers in gvSIG dektop or this problem only happens when you use the "Export to Mobile" extension?

Can you send us the shapefile so we can see what's going on? I don't know the name of that shapefile, but it has to be the one whose attributes contain the string "s_Perigosa" in one of the rows.

Hello, Rafhael. gvSIG writes log files in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\gvSIG\

Please send us these files:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\gvSIG\gvSIG.log*

after one of those errors, so maybe we can find out what happened.

Hi all,

Are there any limits for features to transform in data to gvSIG mobile?

I can't export my maps with all features (shapefiles). I receive a message error (User error) when I try to export.
