As far as I know, collaborative bugtracking system is being implemented 
at this moment. I think you should ask for a user/password in order to 
open tickets, for the moment.

Nevertheless, writing here the bugs you find, helps us a lot! More 
testers, more bugs/features are found, and more quickly could them be 
solved by the developers, too :-). So I think it's a good idea share 
your impressions and bugs here in the gvSIG lists. One by one, by 
categories... as you prefer.
