[Gvsig_english] bug reports for gvSIG 2.0 build 1216

OK, let's do that.
Manuel, please send me the login details for your bug tracking system
and I will feed the individual tickets into there.
I will also post bugs/wishes etc. "en bloc" to this mailing list later
today.
