[Gvsig_english] New builds of gvSIG 2-0 devel

Dear developers,
it would be  g r e a t  if you could add some notes/messages about fixed bugs 
in the "version"-table of the new gvSIG-devel-page in  English language. 
Currently, only spanish comments are placed there. 
It would be even better, if there would be some more comments. I guess that 
this would help us to test this great software better.
