[Gvsig_english] Development Tutorial

@Ben : The purpose of asking about GRASS is know if there plan to enable the
ability to view and manipulate the GRASS dataset (vector as well as raster)
on the gvSIG so that other than QGIS. Also I have viewed jGrass before as
well. It only for hydrology model only and now been incorporated with uDig.

I also viewed the gvsig in OA Digital Edition project which you had posted.
I wanted to know if you have manipulated to gvSIG or introduced any new
feature or plugin or extension from your end.

@Michael : Thanks for the inputs about it progress plan linked with GvSIG.

But could any one of you point the link that help me start off with
development (incld plugins and extension) related to gvsig.
Presently, I am using the a OpenJump variant called Kosmo.

Also Want to know if any one is as build extension for MapInfo Tab to be
viewed on gvsig.
