[Gvsig_english] gvSIG Mobile

Helo, Kuzo. Please try to do this:
 
- Unzip the file J9.zip in any folder of your computer and copy the resulting J9 folder to your PDA. Your PDA's file system must look like this:

\Windows\...
\J9\PPRO11\..
\My Documents\...
(etc)

- Then, check that J9 works on your PDA by clicking on the demo application that comes with it (click on the purple icon):

\J9\PPRO11\examples\GolfScoreTrackerApp

That is a little application that can be used to track a golf match. Tell me if that application started or not. Exit the demo.

- Then, after installing gvSIG Mobile with the CAB installer, start it from "Start - Programs" (there should be an icon for gvSIG Mobile.)

If gvSIG Mobile does not work, please send us the file:

\gvSIGMobile\gvsig_mobile_launch.log
 
If you have problems after the application has started, send us the files:
 
\gvSIGMobile\log\*.log

Thanks for your feed back. Downloaded J9 for  Windows Mobile OS, but result is the same. Will try from the scratch again.

On the desktop, I am using iMac with Windows XP Virtual Machine. Do I need to install J9 for the windows XP first and if yes if you could send me a link as well?

	I am new to gv SIG world, and must say that I am very excited about it.
	
	My current problem is that I tried to install gvSIG Mobile on my 
	Archer, rugged PDA from Juniper systems, running Windows Mobile 
	Version 5.0 ( OS 5.1.195 ) and this was so far OK, but after starting 
	SW on the archer nothing happened?
	
	 From the Installation manual version 1 it says that I must download 
	J9, but i am having difficulties to find J9 for the Windows Mobile.
	
	Any ideas?
