[Gvsig_english] The Printing Issue: The "definitive" wish and development list ; )

I would like to add one more wish regarding labels: no matter how smart
the collision detection algorithm, I think there will always be a 
situation when one needs to use "break-out" labels, i.e. labels that are
placed some distance from the object and connected via a graphical line:

I am not sure how to best implement this, but I imagine the easiest way
would be to add them to the map layout. It might be good enough if the 
user could just grab any label and drag it to another place, 
automatically creating the connecting line (might want to have options 
to control the line style and colour, though).
