[Gvsig_english] import legend

Dear Felix:

In addition to the previous mail. We have tested that is possible, but 
you have to restart gvSIG.
Be sure that the fields has the same name and the values at the Layer B 
are defined at the legend.
Also if you edited the layer, stop edition, drop it and restart.

As I said before it will be fixed at the next release.
