[Gvsig_english] Some gvSIG documents in Vietnamese

Dear Canh,
thank you very much for your interest and collaboration. It could be
very useful for all the vietnamese users.
From one year ago there's a web site for the gvSIG community
(http://www.gvsig.org/web/) where the user and developer documentation
is available and it's being translated to several languages online. The
translation to English of the developer documentation was finished some
weeks ago. For the easy update of the documents for the next versions,
it can be interesting to upload the Vietnamese translation to this web
site.
About the translation of gvSIG to Vietnamese, it was going to be done
one year ago but it finally didn't get started.
I'm going to contact you again to see the possibility of uploading the
translation to the gvSIG web site.
