[Gvsig_english] Stopped services for maintenance

Dear gvSIG users.

The following services will not be available next 5th (from 7:00 to  
14:00 Spanish time) and 8th of August (from 20:00 to 20:00 of the  
following day, Spanish time), because of maintenance tasks:

- Collaborative web (https://www.gvsig.org)
- SVN
- FTP
