[Gvsig_english] catlog service CSW

Hello.
This server returns a SOAP reply for normal HTTP request and gvSIG is
not able to parse it. If you paste the request that you sent us in a
browser you will get something like:
<soapenv:Envelope>
<soapenv:Body>
<csw:Capabilities....
....
</csw:Capabilities>
</soapenv:Envelope>
</soapenv:Body>
The reply that gvSIG is able to parse would be:
<csw:Capabilities....
....
</csw:Capabilities>
