[Gvsig_english] Problem with gvSIG 1.9-RC1 (unstable)

Hello Manuel,

I've solved de read/write problem with the PostGIS! It was very simple 
to solve! I've add a Path for the ...PostgreSQL\8.4\Bin folder in  the  
OS  (XP Pro) and everything it's ok now.

The problem with the Quantum GIS. Now, the Quantum GIS can read the 
geodatabases created in the PostGIS 1.4 by the gvSIG 1.9 RC1. However, 
the gvSIG can't read the geodatabases created in the PostGIS 1.4 by the 
Quantum GIS 1.1. I'm going to see if it's a DLL problem in this application.
