No, you are wrong, SEXTANTE is aviable already for 1.9 and 2.0, and it is being installed with them if you choose this option.

Hello Jean, list,
have a look at the "vector tools" within the sextante module (sextante 
is available as an extension for gvSIG 1.1.2).
I could imagine that the tool "separar entidades con multiple partes" 
will do the job.
Hopefully, sextante will be available for 1.9/2.0 soon (will it? when? 
sigh.)
