[Gvsig_english] from multipoint to point shape

Hi Wolfgang,
Sextante was included by default in gvSIG_1.9 until build 1228. After
that build, there were some more builds where user could select if
install or not some extensions (Sextante and others) when running gvSIG
launcher. And, from build 1231 there have been generated some plugins in
order to install these extensions individually over gvSIG.
