[Gvsig_english] BUG: gvSIG 1.9 (Build 1253) Image Filtering

Sergio,

OK, I'm thick. Fell for the same old issue of what is actually meant by 
a large scale (1:100 > 1:1000 > 1:10000, etc). Should have put my head 
in gear before opening my mouth.
