[Gvsig_english] Grouping layers in View

But be aware of grouping layers, because (at least in version 1.1.2) some commands fail with grouped layers.

I don't remember which commands, but I'll try to check if it's the case in version 1.9.

Ahh, I knew it could do it. I was looking for category in the manual. 
Once I searched for 'group' - there it was in all its glory. Bad day :-( .
