Hello, Wolfgang. How did you make gvSIG Mobile show you the min and max Y?
There is a button that creates a screenshot of the map, so could you please do this:
- add your ECW to the view
- select the (X,Y) tool
- click on the bottom border of the image and the coordinates will show in the status bar
- click on the screenshot button and send us the resulting PNG image (\gvSIGMobile\screenshot\imageXXX.png)
Regards,
Juan Lucas Domínguez Rubio

Asunto: [Gvsig_english] GVSIG Mobil 0.3 and ECW problem
Hi,
I converted a map to the ECW format by gdal_translate. The file looks
fine in an external viewer on the laptop. However in GVSIG mobile 0.3
the coordinate are wrong. In the project settings I use EPSG:4326
(according to my map). But the extend (only Y) of the map is wrong. The
right extend would be Y(min, max): 16.666667 22.666667 but GVSIG mobile
shows Y(min, max):15.758333666 23.575000333. I also checked the file
with the ECWHeaderEditor and there the information is correct. Does
anyone have an idea what goes wrong?
Many thanks
Wolf
