[Gvsig_english] DEM - Sextante - deepest lines

I have to solve the following exercise.

"Where flows the water???"

My data file has size of 1207890 points (xyz). I created a DEM, everthing
worked fine. Now I want to find out the deepest parts in this DEM. Lines, where water can flow. 

Has Sextante the possibility to do this?
