[Gvsig_english] BUG in Map Rendering Routine

Hi,

If you have a map with a ECW Image and overlapping grid, zoom in  and 
pan the grid and map become separated, and the program starts having 
trouble with the navigation  tools. Things only get back to normal once 
you zoom out to 1:1
