[Gvsig_english] v1.1 - OGC Spatial Relations support

I was wondering if there is support for the OGC simple feature 
specification for Spatial Relations like intersects, touches, within, 
contains, etc? For example, soes gvSIG have the ability to find points 
within a polygon or lines that intersect other lines?
