[Gvsig_english] Editing multipart polyline with Z and Mcoordinates

Hello list,
It should be really interesting to get more information about Linear Referencing Systems in GVSIG future release
I've already posted one subject about this and I think that with the lack of such functionalities GVSIG could miss a part of his target
There's a lot of user in this area, especially
For local authorities (road, river, water supply management and so on...)

And one more time: thanks a lot for all this work...

Hi Alberto.

The gvSIG core supports both Z and M coordinates. You can load a SHP
with these coordinates, export it to Postgis and you will see how you
are not going to loose information.

But your question is related to tools to editing M (or Z) and the
management of the dynamic segmentation (supporting Linear Reference
Systems). We are developing some of them for some internal projects but
I don't know if these tools are going to be released in next gvSIG versions.

Regards.

Jorge.
