Hello Thierry,

The link that you're trying to use, allows do any commits to the SVN, this is the reason why you don't be allowed, only project developers can modify the source code directly to it.
 
You can access to the SVN with the read-only link http://subversion.gvsig.org/gvSIG-mobile/

but I'm asked a user name and password . Do I miss something. ?
