[Gvsig_english] Version 2

A few questions/comments.

1.	What has happened to the 1.9 builds? When I go to the web page
that used to contain them I now find version 2
2.	WRT version 2. - I cannot install it successfully on my work
computer 9 Windows XP). The installation screen shows an error box with
no text, just an OK button. (Could this be due to not having
administrator rights). I have previously installed other versions with
no problems. After clicking OK the following appears
	
	
	
3.	On my home computer version 2 installs OK but will not load any
raster files. I have tried ECW, JPG and SID file types. These are files
that loaded in 1.9 and 1.1 with no problems
