[Gvsig_english] Version 1.9 build 1239 Postgresql

Dear developers,

I tested the build 1239 with Postgresql/Postgis. In a point layer I 
deleted a point and saved the layer. After reopening and saving I got the 
error: Cant't read driver: Postgis Driver.
