[Gvsig_english] Patch for german translation

Dear gvSig-Team!

I just installed the mobile version and found that the german
translation is still quite bad. Since I already translated it last year
(Fossgis 2008/Germany), but my version did not get through to the
developers, I send you a new, better version and the patch file (see
attached zip). Most things were tested to fit into the available space.

The version I patched is from
ftp://downloads.gvsig.org/gva/descargas_mobile/fuentes/gvSIG_Mobile_Pilot-0.2-src.zip

I found the translation file in several locations within the project:

src/resources/languages/appGvsigMobile_de.properties
src/deploy_Win_X86/resources/languages/appGvsigMobile_de.properties
src/deploy_WM5_ARM_RXTX/resources/languages/appGvsigMobile_de.properties
src/deploy_Lin_X86/resources/languages/appGvsigMobile_de.properties
src/deploy_WM5_ARM/resources/languages/appGvsigMobile_de.properties
