[Gvsig_english] New English translation

Hi Benjamin, 

currently we are working on the translation of the German UI (v1.9). 
We have similar difficulties regarding the context (assign of UI - string) and semantics. 
We do the translation from Spanish into German and maybe we could get together and coordinate ourselves after we have finished?
