[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9beta (1237): could not load wms-layer

Hi Wolfgang,

Which operating system are you using?

I found that all raster functionality for older Linux versions (I am on
Ubuntu 7.10) is broken in 1.9. No WMS, loading raster layers (except
ECW for some reason), map algebra ... :(
