[Gvsig_english] Mailing list server response times

Dear all,

I have a feeling that the new mail server in charge of the gvSIG
international mailing list is very slow to respond. I am guessing
that is why messages are arriving in multiple copies: because
people assume that they have not been delivered and keep sending
them.

A message I sent yesterday evening took > 12 hours to get here.
