[Gvsig_english] EPSG 3785

[Greening, Bruce]

I wish to use data derived from Google maps and I believe the reference
system for this is EPSG 3785. This does not appear to be available in
gvSIG - could this be added? I know user defined systems can be added
but the data entry screens for this are in Spanish.
