[Gvsig_english] - problem with raster input in gvsig mobile

Hi Juan,

using the file .dll that you gave me gvsig mobile doesn't start at all, so it's impossible to do the test.

I don't have any problem with my ECW files, so please do this test:

- close gvSIG Mobile

- replace this file:

\gvSIGMobile\lib\j9ecw.dll

with the one you will find in the attached zip file (move the old one to another folder)

- start gvSIG Mobile, add your ECW file and zoom in until you have a problem.

- close gvSIG Mobile and send me all the new files:

\newlog*.txt
(in the root of the PDA)

With the test I can see the ecw files.
The files in \gvSIGMobile\log\*.* are in attachment.

About JPG: You can only open small images of those types (JPG, PNG, GIF) and they must have a WLD file with them. What is the size of your image (width and height in pixels)? You can only open images of those formats with less than 400000 pixels or so (for example, you cannot open a JPG of 800x800 pixels, sorry)
 
About ECW: There is no size limit, you should open it without problems. Please do this test:
 
- close gvSIG Mobile
- Remove all the files in \gvSIGMobile\log\*.*
- Start gvSIG Mobile and add only your ECW. Can you see it or not? Zoom in until you cannot see it
- Close gvSIG Mobile and send to the list all the new files in \gvSIGMobile\log\*.*

Hi,

I've some problem with the input of raster layer in the gvsig mobile.
I've tryed to input file .ecw, .jpeg, but:
- file .jpg --> the program input the file (no errors windows) but the file is not present within the layer.
- file .ecw --> the program input the file that is present in the layer window but when I zoom on it the image is whole black. I checked the file with erviewer and the file in reality contains geographical data.

How can I manage raster data?
