[Gvsig_english] convert points to lines

Hi John,

you can import a layer of points from a csv or dbf file with coordinates 
(see the page 99 of the English manual). Then you can create a polyline 
layer and draw the polylines from the points. There's a geoprocessing 
tool too, the convex hull, that creates a convex polygon surrounding the 
points.
