[Gvsig_english] WFS in gvSIG 1.9

Hello Sven.

The GML and WFS driver of gvSIG was integrated last week in gvSIG 1.9 
and now is under testing. I'm completely sure that there are mistakes 
and we are working on these. Please, if you found more errors would be 
fantastic that you send them to us.
