[Gvsig_english] Problems with buffer and circle

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the buffer geoprocess tools with both version 
1.1.2 or 1.9.
When I generate a buffer from a polygon type layer, the polygons in 
result look like a sum of broken lines.

the buffer data input I use is :
Input layer : a polygon type
Buffer defined by distance : 500 (the unit is meter)
Create buffer : outside the polygon
Number of radial buffer ; 1.

I tried ticking the Dissolve entities and it is the same result. I also 
tried on different  computers and it's not good either.

After another test, it happens that I got the same problem when I draw a 
circle.

Any idea of what happens?
