[Gvsig_english] GvSIG and Java 1.6

Hello Agustin and Benjamin,

as far as I know, gvSIG 1.9 should be fully compatible with Java 1.6.
However, I could find some problems with native libraries (specially
CRS libraries) when executing with Java 1.6 on some machines.
It didn't happened in all the machines, so you can give it a try.
