[Gvsig_english] WFS-T in gvSIG 1.9 and Geoserver

Hello Piero.

This project was made to check a WFS-T server of a client that used 
technology of Galdos. But I tested by myself  against a Geoserver and it 
worked fine. I don't remember the version, sorry :-(
