[Gvsig_english] Configuration for desktop during creation of shapefiles

Hi Simon,

There are different color settings in the Preferences. In your case, I 
think you should change the Alpha in Preferences/Editing/Selection 
color, not that one inside /Symbology or /View. Is this what you have tried?
